I've been a nurse for 14 years and am wanting to change careers, moving out of the health care industry. I'm having trouble identifying job options/companies that might be interested in my skills. I've applied to several companies but haven't heard anything back yet. Any thoughts or ideas on how to be a bit more successful in this endeavor?What is the best way to approach a career change?
Try doing a skills assessment test to determine strenths in other areas. These tests are offered for free at workforce centers, unemployment offices, and even on line
