I am currently in the property and casualty insurance business and I want to switch careers to finance or banking. I have a B.A in communications and I am currently pursuing my MBA. I do not know where to start. I was thinking about applying with Capital Group or start off in management. Any suggestions?How to make a career change?

You may be able to find a large company that has both areas?
It's always best if you can transfer within a company . . .
