Just honestly answer a simple question: what are you good at with your current education and experience?How do you do a lateral career change out of an industry (sales) without having to go back to school?
A lateral change just means that you aren't getting an increase in pay or a promotion of position.
School plays no role in it and it can be done at jobs where no education is required.
