If Christians believe that he and the lord are one in the same, did that mean he provided and extra good finish on patio decking? How good a carpenter was he? Was he a poor carpenter who lost a lot of his father's business, so decided to take up proselytizing? Did he balance two jobs for a while until the messiah thing started taking off?What were Jesus's carpenting skills like, and why the career change?
The Bible is silent on what type of carpenter Jesus was, but he had to do something while he waited until it was time to begin his ministry.
