After being in the Dental field for over 20 yrs I am extremely burned out! , this along with aging, I feel it is time to change careers, now or never. How does one change fields at 40, and have some type of security? I have had specialized training for my field and some college however I do not have a degree. Has anyone changed careers and found a way to ease the transition? At this point just to hear from someone who has also Burned completely out of their Original career choice and started another to find happiness and success would be great!Overqualified in my field, and getting older, ready for career change?
At this age it is time to start business.
